Do we need any dance experience?

None at all. Your choreographer teaches everything from scratch, breaking moves down step by step. Complete beginners and experienced dancers are all welcome — the focus is on fun, not perfection.

How is this different from the ABBA class?

The Mamma Mia class is inspired by the films specifically — the choreography references movie scenes, and the overall vibe is more theatrical and story-driven. The ABBA class is a broader celebration of the band's music. Both are brilliant, and you can do both if you book a longer session.
