We ask for at least 7 days notice for cancellations. Anything under 48 hours may carry a cancellation charge. That said, we are always happy to reschedule if your plans shift — just let us know as soon as you can and we will work something out.
Yes — there are several pay-and-display car parks within walking distance. The Cabot Circus and Broadmead car parks are the closest. If you are coming by train, Bristol Temple Meads is about a 10-minute walk. Most city centre bus routes stop nearby as well.
