Cheerleading Hen Party FAQs

Do we need any dance experience?

None at all. Your choreographer teaches everything from scratch, breaking moves down step by step. Complete beginners and experienced dancers are all welcome — the focus is on fun, not perfection.

Are there actual stunts and lifts?

We focus on dance-based cheerleading rather than acrobatic stunts. The routine includes jumps, kicks, and formations but no aerial lifts or tumbling. It is designed to be high-energy and achievable for everyone in the group.

Is this suitable for all ages and fitness levels?

Absolutely. We regularly host groups with ages ranging from 18 to 70+. Your choreographer adapts the energy and intensity to suit the room. The emphasis is always on having an amazing time together.

Where in Bristol does the class take place?

We use private dance studios across Bristol city centre including our Nelson Street studio (BS1 2BE), Welsh Back harbourside space (BS1 4SB), and Queens Road Clifton studio (BS8 1QS). All are within easy reach of Temple Meads station. We can also bring the class to your hotel, Airbnb, or chosen venue.
